※当院は平日月・火・水・金・土曜日は予約制ではなく、順番制です。日曜日は完全予約制です。お待ちしていだく時間が生じることがございます。ご了承くださいませ。
- 事前問診を行い、翻訳機を使用する診察になるため、受付時間は午前診は１１：００まで、午後は１７：００までにご来院ください。
- 受付では、パスポートなどの本人確認書類をご提示ください。
- 症状やご希望について、外国語問診票をお渡しいたします。ご記入のご協力をお願いいたします。
- 当院は翻訳機を使用し、診察を行います。
翻訳機を使用しての診察となる場合、初診料6,000円、再診料は3,000円となります。 - 診察は自費診療になります。
- 診断書や領収書は日本語の領収書をお渡しいたします。
- 手術は実施しておりませんので、ご了承ください。
- 処方箋をもって、お近くの薬局にお越しください。
- 診断書をご希望の方は別途料金が発生いたします。また、診断書は日本語の診断書のみ対応しています。ご了承ください。

※Our clinic operates on a walk-in, first-come, first-served basis on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (no appointment required). On Sundays, we are by appointment only. Please note that there may be a waiting time. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please note that a preliminary medical questionnaire will be conducted, and consultations will be carried out using a translation device. Therefore, please arrive by 11:00 a.m. for morning appointments and by 5:00 p.m. for afternoon appointments.
- Please present a valid form of identification, such as your passport, at the reception desk.
- You will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire in a foreign language regarding your symptoms and concerns. We appreciate your cooperation.
If a translation device is used during the consultation, the initial consultation fee will be 6,000 yen, and the follow-up consultation fee will be 3,000 yen. - At our clinic, consultations are conducted using a translation device.
- All consultations are provided as self-paid (out-of-pocket) medical services.
- Medical certificates and receipts will be issued in Japanese only.
- Please note that we do not perform any surgical procedures.
- Please take your prescription to a nearby pharmacy.
- If you require a medical certificate, an additional fee will apply. Please note that medical certificates are available in Japanese only. Thank you for your understanding.
